We opened Samurai back in 2021 with one stubborn idea: bring Veliko Tarnovo the kind of coffee you'd happily cross town for. We roast our own beans in small batches, hunt down the rare and seasonal ones, and pour every cup like it matters, because to us it really does.

Push the door on Stefan Stambolov and you land somewhere green and full of colour: plants everywhere, the big samurai keeping an eye on the room, a little library in the corner and a backgammon board waiting for a rematch. Grab a stool, slow right down, stay a while.

The crew behind the bar genuinely love this stuff, ask them anything and they'll happily geek out and help you find your cup. First visit or fiftieth, laptop open or dog in tow, you're always welcome. Life's too short for bad coffee. See you at the bar.

When you make a photo in “Share the Moment”, everything happens right on your phone, your image is never sent to us or anyone else. If you tap Share, your phone's own share sheet takes over, and that's entirely your choice.

Opening Maps, Instagram, Facebook or the order page sends you to those services, which have their own privacy policies. That's it, no tracking, no profiles, just coffee.
